SCENE STUDY TO DEMO REEL WORKSHOP

In a world of visuals, it’s hard to get by without a demo reel. But to have a demo reel, one needs to have worked. But to have worked, one needs an agent. But to have an agent, one often needs a demo reel. See the catch-22 here?

I am organizing a class for 12 students to focus on script analysis and performance of scenes. These scenes will be workshopped for 5 hours, then shot on a 7D camera (the same camera used to shoot our CLOSER Featurette). The scene will then be edited by the brilliant Alex Josselyn. Then you will receive an HD DVD copy of your performance, worthy material to be added to your growing demo reel.

The second round of this workshop will begin on July 3rd and filming will take place on August 1st-3rd.
